No. The Victorian Solicitors Rules 2015 (Rule 11) strictly prohibit remote verification for loan guarantees. To ensure the certificate is legally valid and accepted by your lender, we must verify your identity and explain the documents to you face-to-face in our office.

You must bring two forms of government issued photo ID (e.g., Passport and Driver's Licence) and the full set of loan and guarantee documents provided by your lender marked up for signing.
